Types of Services Offered
There are several services available with 24-hour roadside assistance.
Towing
If we aren’t able to fix your vehicle and get it up and running where it is, we will be able to tow your vehicle. We will take your vehicle to the closest qualified repair shop. You can choose to have your vehicle towed to a different shop that isn’t the closest; however, you may have an additional charge for the extra mileage.
Winching Service
When you have a vehicle that is trapped in snow, mud, sand, or water, we pull your car out with a motor-powered cable or chain. Typically, we have a limit on how far the vehicle is from the road. So if it’s over a specific mileage, we may not be able to get your vehicle out of where it’s stuck.
Battery and Fuel
If your battery has died and you need a jump-start, we can provide that for you. If you have an electric vehicle and run out of charge, we can tow your vehicle to the closest charging facility. If you run out of gas, we deliver the fuel you need directly to you.
Locksmith
If you lose your keys, they are stolen, or you lock them in your car, we can help you. We can dispatch a qualified service technician to your vehicle to unlock your car so you can get into it.
Other Services
If you have a flat tire and don’t know how to change it, you don’t have to worry. 24-hour roadside assistance has you covered. If you already have a spare, we can dispatch someone that can change it for you. If you don’t have a spare, we can bring you a tire and put that one on your car.
We can also provide on-site labor, up to one hour of service time for the repair. If your repair is going to take longer than one hour, we can tow your vehicle to the nearest repair shop.
